Sample Itinerary (subject to change):
Day 1: Arrive in Denver in time for a 2 pm pick up at the Denver International Airport. We'll meet you at arrivals then drive together to our accommodations west of the city. After dropping off our bags and settling in, we'll enjoy a sunset shoot overlooking the front range of the Rockies. Once the last bit of color has left the sky, we'll head to town for a welcome dinner.
Day 2: We'll enjoy a leisurely breakfast at our accommodations before heading west to Lower Cataract Lake. Once there we'll enjoy a 3-mile roundtrip hike through alpine forests, fields of wildflowers, and around an enormous and scenic lake. Along the way we'll also spend some time photographing the massive waterfall that feeds the lake. We'll also enjoy a picnic lunch on site. On our way home in the afternoon, we'll take a slight detour for golden hour at Echo Lake, where we'll work on long exposures and capturing reflections. Next we'll head to dinner, then home to rest up for another full day.
Day 3: We'll start with an early breakfast at our accommodations, then hit the road north to Rocky Mountain National Park where we'll spend a full day photographing mountain lakes, wide vistas, open grass prairie, streams, waterfalls, and hopefully some wildlife! We'll pack plenty of food and snacks so we can stay onsite through sunset, which we will photograph from above the treeline. We'll head back toward home, stopping for dinner on the way.
Day 4: Another busy day. We'll start with sunrise at Lookout Mountain with sweeping views of Denver and eastern Colorado, then back home for a leisurely breakfast. Next, we'll drive North for shoots at The Flatirons, El Dorado Canyon State Park, and the South Mesa Trailhead.
Day 5: We'll start the day with a sunrise shoot at Roxborough State Park to photograph the impressive sandstone formations. Next, we'll head back to our accommodations for breakfast and to pack the van for our return back east toward the airport. We'll stop at Barr Lake State Park for one last shoot, where we'll be able to photograph a variety of birds, from small songbirds to cranes and bald eagles. Then we'll head back to the airport with plenty of time to catch our late afternoon flights home.

After the conclusion of the trip, she'll review your favorite images and offer processing techniques as needed to make great shots fantastic!
Daily Excursions -- We will fill every day with activities. All park fees and transportation are included in the trip fee.
